Shelley Slater

Co-Owner

Born and raised in the Seattle area, Shelley has always loved the Northwest.  Graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Construction Management, Shelley went on to work as a Project Engineer in the construction industry before joining her family’s Seattle-based millwork manufacturing business. 

After many years of owning and managing the business along with her brother, Shelley is excited to pursue her passion for recovery and service work as co-owner of The Solution. 

Shelley believes that her partnership with Grace is divinely inspired.  She is grateful to have found a positive place to put her management experience to use so that she may give back to the recovery community that so freely shared its experience, strength and hope when she needed it the most.
